    If you cancel within the first two months of service, no refund is issued. After two months, if you cancel, you will not be billed for the next payment cycle. If you cancel in the middle of a payment cycle, you will only be charged for the time your VA has worked, and the remaining balance will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee. This fee covers the incidental costs of removing you from the EEVA system and ensuring that all proprietary company information remains secure and returned to you.

  20. What if I’m unsatisfied with my EEVA?
    If you are not satisfied with your EEVA, we will offer you the option to work with a different VA. If you decline this offer, we will issue a refund for the unused time, minus the hours already worked and the $100 cancellation fee, provided this occurs within the first three months of service. After the first three months, cancellation requires a 7-day written notice, and any remaining time will be billed accordingly.
