Terms of Service for Elite Executive Virtual Assistants (EEVA)

1. Introduction
Welcome to Elite Executive Virtual Assistants (EEVA). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
EEVA provides premier virtual assistant services tailored to meet the needs of entrepreneurs, small businesses, and executives. Our services include, but are not limited to, administrative support, marketing assistance, social media management, and project-specific tasks. The scope of services will be defined in a separate service agreement or contract with each client.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms of Service. If you are using EEVA services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information required for the provision of services
Communicate clearly and promptly to facilitate the completion of tasks
Respect the confidentiality and privacy of our virtual assistants
Pay all agreed-upon fees on time, as outlined in the service agreement
5. Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered by EEVA are due in accordance with the terms outlined in your individual service agreement. EEVA offers various pricing packages, and payment can be made via Credit Card or ACH. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension or termination of services.
6. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel services at any time, subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services if you violate these Terms of Service, fail to make payments, or engage in unlawful behavior. Upon termination, you are responsible for paying any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and tools used or provided by EEVA are the intellectual property of EEVA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for any commercial purpose without express written permission from EEVA.
8. Confidentiality
Both EEVA and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our working relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, personal information, and financial data. Confidentiality will be upheld even after the termination of services.
9. Limitation of Liability
EEVA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the preceding three months.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation or other informal resolution methods before pursuing formal legal action. If legal action is necessary, the dispute will be governed by the laws of Texas, United States, and both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States.
